Fishing School Coming To Rantoul Ranger Dealership

A great concept came to life last year and is now in its second season with great success. How about on every Tuesday from February

21st through March 28th we have some pro fisherman come and direct a fishing school so to speak. Lets try and cover more than one species of

fish and lets get Ranger behind this so we can get some big names.

Well starting on February 21st they have O.T. Fears a FLW Bass Pro followed on the 28th with Steve Heiting of Musky Hunter magazine

talking about Musky. Then in March on the 7th they have Ron Lappin a Kentucky Lake guide who also helps run the FLW tour talking about

Kentucky Lake Crappie. Followed the next Tuesday the 14th with Terry Bolton another FLW Bass Pro. Then the following Tuesday the 21st they

have Tommy Skarlis a FLW Walleye Pro and wrapping it up on the 28th they have me Steve Welch a Clinton Lake/ Lake Shelbyville guide who also

fishes the Crappie U.S.A. semi-pro circuit speaking about Crappie and Walleye fishing locally.

Even though it is a weeknight you should make an effort to come out because with the small crowds you can get a more one on one feeling.

I am sure even the most seasoned pro will pick up something.
